DANCING

I love to dance. I take ballroom dance lessons at the renown Rogers Dancesport Center. And of course, I watch Dancing With the Stars whenever I can. A few episodes of the show have been filmed at the studio where I dance. Derek Hough is my favorite dancer, next to my dance instructor, that is.

Instructor Travis Tuft
Here I am with my dance instructor Travis Tuft at a practice dance competition. We danced 24 times, competing in 6 categories including Waltz, Foxtrot, Cha-Cha, Rumba, Swing and West Coast Swing. What fun!




April 29 and 30th, 2011
Just call me twinkle toes. It's my favorite name for a dance step--the twinkle. Yes, that is my hairdo for the showcase. I danced a West Coast Swing solo, Viennese Waltz ensemble, and a hip-hop tap number to Rapper's Delight. Pure joy!
